An administrative or manual worker transferred from one department or division (resort) to another for a certain period of time, who is nevertheless still assigned to his original department or division, where he also receives his wages. His designated meals were sent to the place of posting.

Delegates are divided into two categories: professionals temporarily lent out by their division or department to perform a specific task; and delegates sent to work in a bakery, Kitchens Department, or Central Meat Office in order to improve their health.
