Born September 2, 1893, in Lubartów. Began work in the ghetto on March 23, 1940, as manager of the Finance Department (vide). In February 1940, with the pooling of the Finance Department with the Management Department (vide), appointed head, which he remained until June of that year. In the months from June to December 1941, he worked at the Marysin Board (vide), then in January 1, 1942, he was transfered to Central Bookking (vide) as (the head of) three managers. During 1940, he collaborated in the organization of the first census and the creation of milk coupons for children and the elderly.

In the ghetto, Naum Samelson lived with his wife Sara (b. 1905) and son Michał (b. 1924) at 8/58 Bazarowa St. He and his wife died in Auschwitz, Michał died in a labor camp.
